Product Description

Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrates (AR-AFFF Concentrates)

Our company is quality driven, involved in producing and delivering alcohol resistant aqueous film forming foam solutions. By developing a secure layer among the air and fuel, our product douses fires on substantial gamut of substrates like polar-solvent, oxygenated engine fuels, hydrocarbon and various others. Provided alcohol resistant aqueous film forming foam concentrates is handled by our dextrous masters utilizing effective standard chemicals in compliance with global quality norms. In addition, our product is acquirable by the customers in numerous solutions and packaging alternative at market competitive costs.

Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrates (AR-AFFF Concentrates) is an environment friendly foam that is created using a synthetic mixture of surfactants and special polymers. Using this foam, physical polymer-membrane barrier is created between foam blanket and fuel surface. The AR-AFFF is considered effective against hydrocarbon (like gasoline, crude oil, aviation kerosene, diesel, etc.) fires. And, with addition of special polymers, AR-AFFF is also effective against polar solvents. Using this versatile product, one can eliminate the need to keep varied foams. Because of the burn back resistance and post fire security, this product is widely used in highly dangerous situations where hydrocarbons and /or polar solvents are stored, processed or transported.

AR-AFFF is available in three different proportioning types : 1% x 3 % , 3 % x 3 % and 3 % x 6 %.

FIRECHEM FFFP is a product that combines the qualities of conventional film forming AFFF and fluoroprotein. This product can rapidly knockdown the fire and with a protein base material based foam blanket can provide high level of post fire security and burn back resistance. An advanced protein foam technology is applied for the formulation of FIRECHEM FFFP. The composition includes fluorochemical surface active agents, preservatives and hydrolysed protein to produces an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects.

Both hydrocarbon and polar solvent fuel fires can be suppressed with the use of this multi-purpose foam- AR-FFFP. This natural protein based form when applied on chemicals produces a thick layer, because of the presence of special hydrophilic polymers. When applied on any type of fuel, it provides a high insulation protection to both, chemical and heat destruction through generation of a fast flowing, foam resistance against burn back. Suitable with almost all kinds of equipment, this is also compatible with dry chemical powders.

Three dimensional fires in paper warehouses, paint booths, airplane hangers and mines, can be combated with the use of FIRECHEM Foam concentrate, that can be applied with high expansion equipment. The long lasting property of this foam allows prevention of re-ignition.

This foam when applied in large volume blankets the affected area and prevents air from reaching the fire. High expansion (HI-EX) foam concentrates are suitable with all foam generating equipments-low, medium and high.

Some Of The Striking Attributes:

  • Cross-useful execution for fire thump down

  • Smolder back resistance

  • Broadened vapor concealment

  • Longest potential time span of usability
